As a Marketing Assistant, you will be serving an important and distinct role within PlanMember’s Marketing team. This position is designed to be an entry level role leading into the Marketing Coordinator role. You will be supporting the Marketing team and providing quality assurance and procedural support. This is an ideal position for someone interested in growing their marketing knowledge AND has a passion for the financial industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced staff, take on new projects and learn a variety of systems. PlanMember’s proprietary marketing solutions span multiple mediums and channels, supporting the needs of our independent financial advisor partners. The Marketing Assistant will help coordinate various tasks essential to supporting advisors with their marketing needs. Regular duties include tracking, routing and processing templated marketing material, coordinating the monthly winners circle communication, interacting with third party administrators, and providing support to the Marketing Coordinators. This role reports directly to the AVP of Marketing, providing additional support to the FVP of Marketing, the marketing team, internal clients, and select advisors working in the field.
