Reporting to the Manager Talent Development, Performance & Succession, the Advisor, Leadership Development will have the opportunity to design, deliver, and support programs that develop talent across all areas of the business. The role involves updating existing leadership development content and delivery models to better support the business. This position provides guidance and expertise for corporate learning initiatives and talent strategies, working in partnership with Site Human Resources and Site Leadership Development Advisors to deliver high-quality initiatives that support corporate goals. The operations are based in the Elk Valley in British Columbia, requiring living in the region or frequent travel to various sites. Calgary-based employees work from offices in the Bow, while Elk-Valley based employees work from new offices in Sparwood. The team works a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, and the position is not eligible for remote work.
