About The Position

Are you passionate about designing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure that powers critical business operations? Join Enbridge as an Advisor TIS Network Operations, where you'll help build, optimize, and automate large-scale Cisco networks while driving reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years experience in designing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise Cisco networking environments, including routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies with a related university degree OR a two-year technical diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or a related subject area. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledgeable in advanced networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VxLAN, VPC, and related technologies.
  • Skilled in network automation and infrastructure management using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, GitOps, or similar technologies.
  • A strong problem solver who can assess complex network challenges, identify risks, and deliver practical solutions.
  • An effective communicator who collaborates well with technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrives in fast-paced, project-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Versa Director, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Splunk, ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, cloud networking, and emerging network technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, test, and optimize large-scale Cisco LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN network environments.
  • Troubleshoot network issues, provide operational support, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities.
  • Support the implementation of new network technologies and integrate them into existing enterprise architectures.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, operational procedures, and testing plans.
  • Automate network operations and infrastructure tasks using modern tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
