Requirements

  • Off-the-charts people skills – you don't just understand people, you connect with them.
  • Strong verbal communication and a knack for relationship building that make you someone others instinctively trust.
  • Problem-solving skills that make complex issues easy to solve.
  • Resilient, driven, and growth-minded – you rise to challenges, learn quickly, and keep pushing forward.
  • Adaptable and collaborative – you possess a natural ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
  • A bachelor's degree (or graduation within six months) - field of study doesn't matter.
  • Instincts to connect with people and the drive to do hard things are non-negotiable.
  • Must have a dedicated home office with a secure, private connection (no public WiFi).

Nice To Haves

  • Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or client-facing roles are beneficial.
  • Degrees in communications, English, and psychology have been successful.
  • Candidates open to relocating to Connecticut in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Own real client relationships early with mentorship, structure, and a team behind you.
  • Lead financial planning conversations that shape how successful families approach retirement, security, and legacy.
  • Sit in on real client meetings by week two to build acumen and confidence.
  • Serve your own clients with the skills of an advisor with 10 years of experience upon program completion.
