About The Position

The Advisor III, Brand Marketing plays a key role in shaping and executing brand strategies that build long-term brand equity and drive business growth. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver consistent, impactful brand experiences across markets while aligning with enterprise-wide objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 or more years of brand marketing, communications, or related experience

  • Experience working with creative or media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • 5- 7 years of brand marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Experience executing brand strategy with measurable results
  • Strong financial aptitude with experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI

  • Industry experience in oil and gas or a related field
  • Strategic, innovative mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Demonstrated success delivering in-market results that improve volume and profitability

  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, consumer engagement, and profitable growth.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring creative, messaging, and activation are aligned with brand standards and enterprise strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets with discipline and accountability.
  • Partner closely with agency teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Measure and evaluate in-market performance and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, programs, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with external partners and media to support brand objectives.
  • Support event planning, promotional activities, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Use insights, data, and research to optimize campaigns and continuously improve brand performance.
