About The Position

The Brand Manager (BM) for Pure Encapsulations is a key member of the Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) brand team, responsible for driving brand strategy and execution to accelerate growth in the HCP channel. This role owns the development and delivery of short‑ and long‑term brand objectives, translating strategy into high‑impact marketing activations and promotions across the business. The BM leads end‑to‑end marketing execution—planning, creative development, launch, and performance analysis—while partnering closely with Sales, Media, Finance, Medical Affairs, and Creative Services to ensure campaigns are aligned, scalable, and results‑driven. Through strong cross‑functional collaboration, the BM enables effective seasonal promotions, educational initiatives, and brand activations that support customer engagement and revenue growth. This role also serves as a critical connector between HCP and Direct‑to‑Consumer teams, ensuring brand consistency and shared growth opportunities across channels. By translating medical and scientific insights into compelling education and marketing assets, the Brand Manager strengthens Pure Encapsulations’ credibility with practitioners and advances overall brand performance. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or a related discipline with MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in Brand Marketing with HCP Marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership presence with strong negotiation and influence skills
  • Analytical rigor across research, business performance, and financial data
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute innovative business opportunities
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and initiatives
  • Ability to manage timelines and critical paths effectively
  • Travel: up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development and execution: Work with the Creative Advertising agency and the internal Creative Services team to develop and execute creative campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal digital media team: Work with the digital media team to execute digital, social, search, and website initiatives
  • Develop content with the medical affairs team: Create content in collaboration with the medical affairs team and implement it on a monthly basis, including webinars, blogs, pharmacy updates, and homepage updates
  • Develop new product launch assets: New product launch assets and update existing ones to reflect the latest science, competitive claims, and mechanisms of action
  • Responsible for launching website tools designed for Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs)
  • Lead the identification of insights: Gather insights from multiple data sources, including consumption, competitive, custom market research, and external trend reports
  • Lead analysis and reporting: Conduct analysis and reporting as part of the monthly business planning process, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities to amplify and risks to mitigate to achieve goals
  • Manage the brand budget, which includes media, marketing, research, and promotions
  • Evaluate industry trends, competitive situations, customer feedback, and technological advances, converting these insights into actions
  • Develop and execute competitive research and action plans
  • Measure and monitor performance against the plan and program effectiveness with an ability to quickly identify insights and optimize plans accordingly
