The Brand Manager (BM) for Pure Encapsulations is a key member of the Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) brand team, responsible for driving brand strategy and execution to accelerate growth in the HCP channel. This role owns the development and delivery of short‑ and long‑term brand objectives, translating strategy into high‑impact marketing activations and promotions across the business. The BM leads end‑to‑end marketing execution—planning, creative development, launch, and performance analysis—while partnering closely with Sales, Media, Finance, Medical Affairs, and Creative Services to ensure campaigns are aligned, scalable, and results‑driven. Through strong cross‑functional collaboration, the BM enables effective seasonal promotions, educational initiatives, and brand activations that support customer engagement and revenue growth. This role also serves as a critical connector between HCP and Direct‑to‑Consumer teams, ensuring brand consistency and shared growth opportunities across channels. By translating medical and scientific insights into compelling education and marketing assets, the Brand Manager strengthens Pure Encapsulations’ credibility with practitioners and advances overall brand performance. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.
