About The Position

Responsible for delivering data and analytical insight to support and develop HR best practices for Human Resources Administration (HRA) through complex analysis, testing, reporting, dashboard creation and data visualization. Responsible for process review, continuous improvement, and service enhancements along with developing policies and procedures supporting enhanced controls with HRA business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources, statistics, or other related field plus five (5) years’ experience in human resources or data analysis
  • Understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
  • Strong computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint (creation and design) and with experience using statistical software and reporting interfaces, data mining tools, machine learning techniques and data visualization: Statistical Analysis Software (SAS), Structured Query Language (SQL) and Spotfire, preferred
  • Proven skills in managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem resolution skills including troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of human resources and system business processes and practices
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Support HRA efficiencies, quality control and enhancements regarding hiring, onboarding, date input and all business processes
  • Coordinate and lead cross departmental projects leading to increased efficiencies and robustness of HRA processes
  • Analyze data methods, evaluate, develop, test, and implement HRA processes
  • Define project vision and scope initiatives; lead, create and complete necessary testing and documentation for process streamlining and automation
  • Research and plan new system functionality and applications for implementation
  • Complete the design of dashboards and data visualization tools to customize views of metrics over large data sets
  • Educate HRA team members, maintaining a strong awareness of current internal control tactics and regulatory information
  • Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives; keep stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress
  • Inform management of current and future project progress using available reporting technology
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HRA processes, resources, programs; troubleshoot, identify root cause
  • Provide system knowledge support, develop, and mentor critical skill sets in lower-level analyst positions
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
  • Perform other duties as required
