About The Position

Move to Improve and bring the company forward Curiosity and drive to change quickly is in our DNA. A legacy from our founders, the culture of innovation has made DOF one of the most exciting places to work. An important part of the DOF culture is to learn from the experienced and skilled people we are so fortunate to recruit. If you feel that you can contribute and make us better, we promise you that we are always open to ideas and innovation. In DOF you can make a difference in an environment ready to solve problems and implement good ideas quickly. And who knows? Perhaps you will learn something from your new colleagues, as well. If this opportunity sounds interesting, we’d love to hear from you. We are excited to welcome an HR Advisor to our regional team, someone who’s passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and driving a strong people‑focused culture. In this role, you will support the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, performance management support, and offboarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, consistent, and meaningful interactions at every stage of the employee journey. You’ll be hands‑on with HR processes, policies, and documentation while supporting compliance with internal guidelines, agreements, and service standards. We are seeking a candidate with strong HR operations experience, a knack for process improvement, and a forward‑thinking mindset to help strengthen and streamline our HR practices. If you enjoy variety in your work and want to make a real impact across teams, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the employee experience and help elevate HR excellence. Is this the perfect role for you, but you don’t meet every single requirement? We value the right person over a perfect match to a job description. Research shows that underrepresented groups are less likely to apply unless they meet every listed requirement, and we don’t want that to hold great talent back, so we encourage you to apply. It’s the best way for us to find the right talent for this role, or another, and that could be you. At DOF, we believe in providing our employees with a supportive and enriching work environment. Here are some of the benefits you can enjoy as part of our team: Worldwide Fleet: Be a part of our global operations and gain exposure to a diverse range of projects and locations. Career Growth: We encourage internal mobility and provide opportunities to grow within the company, whether it's moving upwards or exploring new roles sideways. Our values guide our actions to create a safe & ethical culture: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and above all we are SAFE. Our values interact with each other, shape our remarkable team and are embedded in our policies, our code of business conduct and guide our strong safe and ethical culture.
