About The Position
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Nice To Haves
- 4+ years of experience
- 3+ years working in Presource / Manufacturing costing environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Anaplan, HFM, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with large data sets
- Experience building Power BI modules
Responsibilities
- Consolidate monthly financial results for leaders supporting Presource Sourcing with a focus on P&L results
- Partner with Accounting / Presource Team to reconcile Supplier Funding and Rebates
- Prepare monthly financial presentations including detailed driver analysis and understanding of business results
- Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the quarterly forecasts and yearly budget processes
- Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
- Support continuous improvement of new processes and work with key stakeholders to execute and maintain them
- Work on Ad hoc requests and initiatives as required
