About The Position

Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Responsibilities

• Support of Consumer Health and Major Rugby businesses
• Involvement in Forecasting, Budgeting and SFP processes
• Monthly financial close and reporting responsibilities
• Profitability reporting
• Use of Anaplan for monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting
• Monthly financial reviews with business partners and frequent business partnering across multiple teams
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
