About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Expert Advisor to guide financial decisions and enhance performance within our healthcare organization. This position involves close collaboration with leaders and teams to ensure financial sustainability, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Requires 6-8 plus years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
Prior hospital, health system, or regulated industry experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, and audit processes.
Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory frameworks, and financial operations.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of healthcare economics and revenue cycle management.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, or a related discipline) is preferred.
CPA, CMA, or a similar professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide financial guidance to executives, clinical teams, and finance departments.
Support financial planning and performance improvement initiatives.
Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to inform decisions.
Create executive-level reports on costs, revenues, and performance measures.
