Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, with dedicated study time.
  • Learn foundational skills for client relationship management, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
  • Consider clients' complex financial pictures and guide them with advice and solutions.
  • Humanize financial interactions.
  • Deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and approach to client care in a financial center.
  • Progress through stages of development within the Advisor Development Program.
  • Build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients.
  • Progress further within ADP with the ultimate aim of becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor.
