Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Exams.
  • Learn and apply foundational skills for an advisor role, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
  • Consider a client’s complex financial picture and guide them with advice and solutions.
  • Humanize financial interactions.
  • Deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and approach to client care.
  • Build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients.
  • Progress through the stages of the Advisor Development Program (ADP) with the ultimate aim of becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor.
