The Advisor, Customer Intelligence presents insights to Business Units by translating complex data models and analytics into clear, actionable business language. The role is responsible for designing and developing visualizations that effectively communicate customer behavior, model results, deepening strategies, and key performance insights to stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in bridging data and business by transforming analytics into actionable strategies that drive customer engagement and growth. The Advisor partners closely with Data Science and Business teams to ensure insights are clearly communicated, adopted, and translated into measurable business impact. Position works mostly remote but occasional visits to the office in San Juan, PR may be required.
