About The Position

This role is within the Business Centre – Business Services team, focusing on supporting, advising, and building loyalty with business members and clients. The core mission is to understand the needs of business members and clients, offering them a unique and personalized experience. Responsibilities include handling inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator to respond to immediate needs, ensuring businesses have the best tools for success, and understanding their stories, challenges, and projects. The goal is to propose solutions and alternatives aligned with their goals and ambitions by offering a personalized and value-added experience.

Requirements

High school diplomas in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service experience
Knowledge of French is required
Some positions require advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
