Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. This role is responsible for acting as an internal business consultant, providing analysis of sales performance to identify gaps between core competency models for specific roles and actual performance. The individual will present findings, facilitate discussions, identify performance gaps, create solutions, and assist in implementing solutions to keep individuals and teams performing at top levels. This role requires in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in their discipline, typically determining their own work priorities and acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
