About The Position

LPi is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to sell print and digital advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory.

Requirements

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume sales
• Motivated by goals and uncapped earning potential
• Persistent and comfortable hearing “no”
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience in business development, advertising, media, marketing or another high-volume sales environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell print and digital advertising to small and medium-sized businesses
• Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
• Grow existing customer accounts
• Organize and manage your assigned territory independently
• Use company-provided technology, training and resources to achieve sales goals
• Travel approximately 30% overnight, depending on your territory
