About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an established Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a proven track record in advanced wound care to join their Mobile Wound Care Division. This role offers greater clinical autonomy and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in evaluating and managing complex wound cases. The provider will deliver comprehensive wound care utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. Additionally, the role involves mentoring less experienced providers, contributing to clinical quality initiatives, and process improvements that advance patient outcomes across multiple states. NIVA Health serves over 50,000 patients and leads with non-invasive solutions and a forward-thinking clinical model.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
