About The Position

The Advanced Web Applications Programmer will provide consulting services to design, develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications that support critical healthcare and administrative systems. This role involves working with modern Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise, the ability to lead development efforts, and collaboration with project management and operational teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of application features and fixes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, C#, MVC, .NET Core/Framework).
• Strong front-end experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular 7+), HTML, CSS, and related libraries (e.g., jQuery).
• 7+ years of experience working with SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and SSIS.
• 5+ years of experience in a lead developer or application architect role.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting applications in financial, accounting, or healthcare domains.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with strict data security standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to undergo background screening prior to engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web application features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on assigned work items.
• Build and maintain application components including user interfaces, web services, database objects, and reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues within defined timelines.
• Produce task breakdowns, effort estimates, and regular status updates to support project and incident management processes.
• Ensure all code and documentation are properly maintained in source control and documentation repositories.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and integrations using SQL Server technologies.
• Create and manage reports using tools such as reporting services or business intelligence platforms.
• Adhere strictly to data security, confidentiality, and compliance policies at all times.
