Join our team as an Advanced Technology Quality Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming how quality data is utilized to drive design decisions and improve processes across operations, quality, and engineering. In this role, you will focus on connecting, mapping, and building integrations for quality data to create a streamlined flow of information that informs and enhances design decisions. You will also help define and implement the digital connectivity strategy for quality information, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering innovation in aerospace manufacturing. This role is requiring travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related field; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data mapping, and building digital systems connectivity.
  • Expertise in Solumina, SAP, Net Inspect and other platforms leveraged by Quality.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and their integration with engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and enterprise database systems.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience in aerospace manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Proficiency with tools such as QLIK, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis and integration.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to connect, map, and integrate quality data across operations, quality, and engineering functions. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support informed design and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a digital connectivity strategy for quality information, aligning with the organization’s broader digital transformation goals.
  • Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze quality data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure quality data is effectively utilized to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
  • Drive the development and implementation of processes and tools to continuously improve the collection, analysis, and application of quality data across the organization.
