About The Position
We are seeking a Systems Engineer who has strong experience in Model-based Systems Engineering design and development of NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices. This role involves developing real-time multi-threaded Embedded Systems and Security architectures using Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques, analyzing and developing systems and security requirements, performing functional system analysis, and developing architecture, design, and CONOPS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
- 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Expertise in Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Cameo, and DOORS
- Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
- Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
