As a systems engineer for the Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions group, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for development next generation cryptography. Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools. Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions. Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success. Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Experience in DOORs
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering

Agile experience preferred.
