About The Position

The Advanced Specialist, Geo Marketing plays a critical role in delivering high-impact U.S. marketing campaigns, working closely with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to ensure flawless execution across channels. This role owns day-to-day campaign activation — translating strategy into action, coordinating timelines, managing assets, and ensuring campaigns are launch-ready and optimized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing campaign deliverables end-to-end, particularly during peak periods such as Back-to-School and other priority moments throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels.
  • Experience working with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, project management tools).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of the U.S. Higher Education and K-12 markets, including sales cycles and B2B2C marketing models.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and launch of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social channels.
  • Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready activation plans and assets.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure key milestones and launch dates are met.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence teams to ensure campaigns align with global objectives and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to incorporate local market insights and ensure messaging relevance.
  • Work with creative agencies to manage asset development, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists.
  • Monitor live campaign performance across channels and support optimization efforts.
  • Compile regular campaign reporting and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Manage QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes to ensure campaign readiness.
  • Maintain a centralized library of campaign assets, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials including toolkits, presentations, product documentation, and case studies.
  • Develop tailored assets for key accounts and ABM campaigns to support targeted sales engagement.
