About The Position

TRIDENT is seeking an Advanced Security Operator (ASO) Team Member responsible for enhancing safety and security while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence for client employees and authorized visitors across assigned corporate campuses in Seattle, WA. We seek self-motivated professionals with strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently within a team environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four (4) years of honorable military service or equivalent law enforcement or professional security experience
  • Valid Washington State Security Guard Card (must be maintained)
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License (must be maintained)
  • Honorable military discharge (DD-214 required, if applicable)
  • Strong situational awareness and observation skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under stress
  • Ability to receive direction and execute tasks effectively
  • Confidence and initiative in identifying and resolving security concerns
  • Strong written communication and incident reporting skills
  • Ability to move quickly and travel distances exceeding two (2) miles on foot
  • Ability to work across varying campus environments and terrain
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as operationally required
  • Ability to operate company or client vehicles between campus sites
  • Ability to stand and remain on duty for a minimum of eight (8) hours

  • Peace Officer Standards Training (POST) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and secure environment for assigned client campuses
  • Protect the life, safety, and physical security of assigned personnel, facilities, and assets
  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized or disruptive activity
  • Monitor campus activity and identify unusual or suspicious behavior
  • Respond appropriately and professionally to on-site incidents or emergencies
  • Work independently while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Establish and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with employees and visitors
  • Conduct periodic foot patrols throughout assigned campus areas
  • Communicate effectively with campus leadership and security management regarding incidents or concerns
  • Report all security-related incidents to the ASO Team Leader
  • Coordinate with campus operations under the direction of the ASO Team Leader
  • Remain alert to surroundings and proactively identify and report security concerns
  • Assist with escorts for employees or visitors as required
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
