About The Position

TRIDENT is seeking an Advanced Security Operator (ASO) Team Member responsible for enhancing safety and security while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence for client employees and authorized visitors across assigned corporate campuses in Seattle, WA. We seek self-motivated professionals with strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently within a team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four (4) years of honorable military service or equivalent law enforcement or professional security experience
Valid Washington State Security Guard Card (must be maintained)
Valid Washington State Driver’s License (must be maintained)
Honorable military discharge (DD-214 required, if applicable)
Strong situational awareness and observation skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under stress
Ability to receive direction and execute tasks effectively
Confidence and initiative in identifying and resolving security concerns
Strong written communication and incident reporting skills
Ability to move quickly and travel distances exceeding two (2) miles on foot
Ability to work across varying campus environments and terrain
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as operationally required
Ability to operate company or client vehicles between campus sites
Ability to stand and remain on duty for a minimum of eight (8) hours

Peace Officer Standards Training (POST) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a safe and secure environment for assigned client campuses
Protect the life, safety, and physical security of assigned personnel, facilities, and assets
Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized or disruptive activity
Monitor campus activity and identify unusual or suspicious behavior
Respond appropriately and professionally to on-site incidents or emergencies
Work independently while delivering exceptional customer service
Establish and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with employees and visitors
Conduct periodic foot patrols throughout assigned campus areas
Communicate effectively with campus leadership and security management regarding incidents or concerns
Report all security-related incidents to the ASO Team Leader
Coordinate with campus operations under the direction of the ASO Team Leader
Remain alert to surroundings and proactively identify and report security concerns
Assist with escorts for employees or visitors as required
Perform all other duties as assigned
