Requirements

Current, active, and unrestricted Florida APRN license
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient/ambulatory primary care experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills

Nice To Haves

HIV care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment and care plans
Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with current clinical guidelines and Florida regulations
Order, review, and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing
Monitor patients' response to treatment and make adjustments as clinically appropriate
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and overall health
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
Coordinate care with physicians, behavioral health providers, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
Provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing management of patients' health conditions
