About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (9) seasoned, highly skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) – Family Practice to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Family Practice ARNP opportunities. We are seeking compassionate, clinically strong providers who can deliver full-spectrum primary care in community-based settings while working collaboratively with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary care teams. These positions are ideal for ARNPs who value patient relationships, continuity of care, and serving patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

  • Active Washington ARNP license in good standing
  • Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent advanced practice certification
  • Active DEA registration
  • Authorized to work in the United States ( No visa sponsorship available )
  • Ability to treat patients across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
  • Team-oriented clinical mindset with high professionalism
  • Stable employment history with strong patient-care continuity

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of Family Practice / Primary Care clinical experience
  • Rural health, community health, or underserved population experience
  • Experience managing chronic disease including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and behavioral health coordination
  • Comfort seeing full patient panels after onboarding
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages)
  • Strong EMR proficiency
  • Prior value-based care or population health experience
  • Family Nurse Practitioners with 2+ years outpatient primary care experience
  • Providers with community clinic / FQHC / rural medicine backgrounds
  • ARNPs with strong productivity plus high patient satisfaction scores
  • Providers experienced in underserved populations
  • Clinicians who value continuity care and long-term patient relationships

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive family practice / primary care services for pediatric through geriatric patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, chronic disease states, and routine medical concerns
  • Conduct wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant EMR documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Director, nursing staff, and support teams
  • Support continuity of care and referrals when specialty care is needed
  • Maintain productivity standards following onboarding ramp-up
