About The Position
General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking an Advanced Quality Specialist to join their team. This role involves applying advanced technologies to solve customer missions in cyber, RF, undersea, and more. The specialist will compare defects against standards, recommend dispositions, review and disposition QA documentation (IDRs, DNs), verify corrective action implementation, and participate in audits. The position offers exposure to advanced and potentially top-secret technologies, a team of forward-thinking individuals, and opportunities for continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fully proficient knowledge of basic electrical or mechanical technology, ESD control, workmanship standards and drawing interpretation.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
