Here, you will make an impact by: Driving Quality tools in NPI to accelerate projects while mitigating risk by ensuring consumer needs are met, test methods are robust, specifications are well defined, and manufacturing processes are capable. This includes providing input or leading House of Quality (HOQ) / DQM, MSA, product qualifications, PPAP, PFMEA/DFMEA, and phase gate quality preparation Assuring compliance to external regulations, customer requirements, internal requirement, and industry standards (ISO9001, IATF16949 or other). Analyzing information using statistical techniques to drive data driven decisions by being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in statistical techniques. Promoting continuous improvement and defect reduction through root cause investigation, CAPA, kaizen, 8D, FMEA, MSA, Product & Process Understanding (PPU), Design of Experiments, and Control Plans. Reviewing customer product complaints for timely customer feedback and resolution. Supporting existing product evolution and improvement through change management (CMP).
