About The Position

The Advanced Quality Engineer (APQP Lead) owns end-to-end quality execution from concept through Start of Production (SOP), ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. This launch-critical role is accountable for launch readiness, PPAP success, and execution without surprises. Success is measured by first-pass PPAP approvals, complete and validated APQP deliverables before SOP, flawless launches, capable suppliers, and customer and leadership confidence. The position is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and requires travel of up to 20%.
