Here, you will make an impact by: Assuring compliance with internal procedures, external requirements and regulations Leading Corrective Action Prevention Action (CAPA), Risk Management, Quality at the Source initiatives Supporting and interacting with customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending Participating in internal/external quality audits Direct involvement in Supplier Performance Management, Measurement and Review process Providing change management oversight from the quality function to ensure adequate training and/or qualification of changes to products and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and two (2) years of engineering experience in manufacturing, quality, laboratory and/or production environment in a private, public, government or military environment OR Associate's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of experience in manufacturing, quality, laboratory and/or production environment in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Working knowledge of root cause analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience working with ISO9001:2015
  • Experience working with suppliers in a quality improvement capacity
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • ASQ certification
  • Experience working and collaborating within a multi-functional product team i.e., Quality, Manufacturing, Tech Service, or Marketing
  • Prior work experience in Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, with a focus on auditing and conformance

Responsibilities
