Requirements
- Current national certification
- DEA required
- ACLS required
- Physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner qualifications

- Current IL state license is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Provide care at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Illinois.
