This is a 12.5-month Emergency Medicine Fellowship program at Riverside University Health System - Medical Center, designed to train Advanced Providers (APs) in Emergency Medicine through didactic and clinical experience. The program includes 2100 clinical hours in acute EM care, weekly lecture time, and 10 months (40 weeks) of core Emergency Department time. Off-service rotations include Internal Medicine, ICU, a Bedside POCUS Ultrasound Course, and specialty rotation tracks. Fellows will also attend the Advanced Trauma and Life Support Course (ATLS) at RUHS. Focused training will cover clinical efficiency, documentation, billing, scribe utilization, and patient throughput. This is a paid fellowship that includes benefits and malpractice insurance.
