About The Position

As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and executing advanced engineering projects in the Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You will be responsible for driving innovation, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise and technical leadership will contribute to the advancement of our aerospace technologies and the success of our business. You will lead a team focused on assessing and attaining program-specific performance across multiple concurrent projects, including factory support initiatives and new tester projects. Work in close collaboration with ET team members and AME/R&O teams. You will partner with technical resource managers to address staffing requirements and act as the primary point of contact for coordinating and escalating issues related to program costs, schedules, and technical matters. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding the prioritization of work packages, defining design goals and objectives, and driving improvements in overall program performance.
