About The Position

As an Advanced Producibility Engineer, you will drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from RF MMIC design concept through high-volume production. In this role, you will combine deep RF circuit design expertise with strong productization experience to deliver high-performance, manufacturable solutions for advanced Defense Electronics applications. The position will co-develop innovative, leading-edge GaN and GaAs MMIC technologies supporting ground- and airborne-based radars, electronic warfare, and space systems, spanning frequency ranges from L-band through above Ka-band. Responsibilities include assisting in architecture development and feasibility studies, performing detailed modeling, simulations, and analyses, and leading or supporting successful design reviews with both internal stakeholders and customers. Contributing to mask release, support manufacturing and test readiness, and work hands-on design validation and perform device characterization will play a key role in bridging design and production—driving correlation between simulation and measured performance, improving yield, and ensuring designs meet reliability and quality standards. This role requires close collaboration across cross-functional teams including systems, packaging, test, and manufacturing, as well as coordination with internal and external vendors. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical reports, supporting or leading IR&D efforts, and applying appropriate standards, processes, and tools throughout the system development lifecycle.
