Advanced Practice Registered Nurse APRN Hybrid
About The Position
Florida Spine & Pain Institute is hiring an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for a hybrid role combining outpatient clinic work with visits to rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. After initial clinic training, the APRN will transition to this hybrid schedule, caring for patients across the continuum of recovery. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and support while providing specialized clinical experience in physiatry, interventional pain management, and rehabilitation medicine. The APRN will work closely with experienced physicians and receive weekly clinical education, physician mentorship, hands-on procedural training, and ongoing collaboration and case review. Dedicated scheduling, credentialing, billing, facility relationship coordination, marketing, business development, and administrative support are available so the provider can focus on patient care. The role serves locations in Clermont, Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, and surrounding post-acute care facilities. Flexible work-from-home options are available. Compensation includes a competitive salary and monthly bonus opportunities; the posting states that many APRNs earn an additional $15,000 or more annually through the bonus program. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients in outpatient and post-acute settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Perform pain-related injections and procedures.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing and specialty referrals.
- Support patients as they regain function, mobility, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with physicians, including through ongoing case review.
