About The Position

Home Physicians Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to practice in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities for a Provider run group in Central Florida. As an APRN, you will deliver high-quality healthcare, assess, diagnose, and manage patient care with personalized treatment plans. Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.
Certification in a relevant specialty area.
Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in primary care or specialty areas.

Responsibilities
