About The Position

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its positive, patient-focused Walk-In Clinic team in Maryville, Missouri, on a PRN basis. The role provides outpatient care to a varied adult and pediatric patient community in a rural setting. The position offers a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts and includes assisting with minor laceration repairs, incision and drainage of abscesses, and simple splinting. Requirements

Master’s degree required for Nurse Practitioners.
Current Missouri license preferred, or ability to obtain licensure.
Current DEA licensure.
Ability to work independently and autonomously and collaboratively with other health care professionals.
Extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments, including the ability to develop and modify appropriate plans of care.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and health care team members.

Nice To Haves

Current Missouri license is preferred.
