About The Position
Home Physicians Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our provider-run group in Central Florida. This role focuses on providing primary care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities. As an APRN, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality healthcare services in various settings. Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.
- Certification in a relevant specialty area.
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in primary care or specialty areas.
- Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
