About The Position

Home Physicians Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our provider-run group in Central Florida. This role focuses on providing primary care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty area.
  • Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
