About The Position
Panoramic Health takes a provider-first approach, placing clinicians at the heart of care to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. As part of this nationwide network, you’ll have the opportunity to join a partner practice that values collaboration and clinical excellence - and is currently welcoming motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants of all experience levels, with a preference for candidates who bring dialysis or nephrology experience. The role involves Monday – Friday office and ESRD rounding with a collaborative shared patient panel with a physician.
Requirements
- Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
- Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
- Knowledge of documentation in medical records in a confidential manner.
Benefits
