About The Position
Family Health Care is seeking an advanced practice provider at our clinic in White Cloud, Michigan. Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud. Our Mission: To provide quality, integrated and comprehensive health care services that are accessible to all. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- State of Michigan Medical License
- State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
- Federal DEA License
- Board Certified
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience as an NP or PA in primary care preferred.
