About The Position

Logan Health Primary Care is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our walk-in clinic team at our 160 Heritage Way location in Kalispell, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to practice same-day primary care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong support and flexibility. The role involves seeing a wide variety of acute care conditions, with no patient panel management required. The clinic is well-equipped with strong support infrastructure and efficient workflows. Opportunities for mentorship and clinical skill development are available. The position is full-time, with 10-hour shifts, 3 days a week. Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with rotating weekend coverage approximately every 4–5 weeks. The primary location is 160 Heritage Way, with occasional coverage at 1287 Burns Way. Requirements

Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
Motivated and compassionate
Ability to practice same-day primary care
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work 3 days/week, 10-hour shifts
Rotating weekend coverage approximately every 4–5 weeks
Pass a pre-employment screening including criminal background check, reference checks, drug screening, health and immunizations screening, and physical demand review/screening.

Responsibilities

Practice same-day primary care in a walk-in clinic setting.
See a wide variety of acute care conditions including upper respiratory illnesses, minor injuries, skin conditions, joint pain, and more.
Average 15–25 patients per day.
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, MAs, and patient access representatives.
Work under the supervision and collaboration of an experienced physician.
