About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will work with both new and established patients, helping develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans. Requirements

  • Active NP or PA license (required)
  • Active DEA license (required)
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Perform minor procedures (training provided)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
