Advanced Practice Provider - ProCare Senior Living - Weekends
About The Position

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This provider will join our ProCare Senior Living practice providing care to the geriatric population in the skilled nursing facility and assisted living settings. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position includes travel between skilled nursing facilities and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) coverage each week.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population.
- Understanding of the specific needs of the geriatric population.
- Desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Licensure & Certification: Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Providing care to the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living settings.
