About The Position
US Heart and Vascular®, in partnership with HeartPlace, is hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for its North Arlington office in Arlington, Texas. The role supports a high-volume cardiology practice and focuses exclusively on interventional cardiology. The APP will work closely with an interventional cardiologist while also independently managing patient care and guiding and educating patients throughout their visits. The setting is primarily outpatient.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in cardiology; new graduates will be considered.
- Master’s degree in nursing and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active Texas license or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid DEA license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the AHA.
- Expertise in cardiovascular assessment and exceptional patient care skills.
- Proficiency with EKGs, patient assessments, and comprehensive cardiology management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Nice To Haves
- Prior APP experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong outpatient experience is ideal.
