About The Position

New York Oncology Hematology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing practice. In this role, you will focus on benign hematology care, managing sick visits and follow‑up appointments, along with some solid tumor follow‑up visits, allowing for strong continuity and relationship‑based care. You will work closely with physicians in a supportive, team‑oriented setting that values thoughtful clinical assessment and patient engagement. This opportunity is well suited for an APP who enjoys an outpatient practice setting and building long‑term connections with patients through ongoing management and follow‑up care.

Requirements

• NP-C/PA-C
• Experienced APPs preferred
• New Grads encouraged to apply
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred

Responsibilities

• Focus on benign hematology care
• Manage sick visits and follow-up appointments
• Conduct some solid tumor follow-up visits
• Provide strong continuity and relationship-based care
• Work closely with physicians in a supportive, team-oriented setting
• Engage thoughtfully in clinical assessment and patient engagement
