About The Position

Valley ENT is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our expanding ENT practice. The APP will work primarily in our Visalia clinic location while also participating in scheduled call coverage days at Adventist Health Tulare. Requirements

Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Current California license (or ability to obtain)
National Certification as a PA or NP
Ability to work independently with indirect supervision
Willingness to participate in hospital call coverage at Adventist Hospital Tulare

Nice To Haves

Previous ENT experience is not required.
Adult and pediatric experience
Interest in procedures and specialty medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Work primarily in our Visalia clinic location.
Participate in scheduled call coverage days at Adventist Health Tulare.
Manage approximately 35 patients per day during 10-hour clinic shifts (average 15-minute visits) once fully credentialed.
Independently manage patients with increasing autonomy over time.
Participate in hospital call coverage at Adventist Hospital Tulare.
