APPs care for patients at all phases of their cancer journey and in many settings. They remain critical partners in ensuring access to care and support at all levels of need. APPs care for patients in ambulatory and inpatient settings. As core members of the multidisciplinary team for decades, the APP teams are key in supporting access, care delivery, and innovation associated with growth across our expanding programs and new spaces. Join a supportive Advanced Practice Team in a role supporting the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Boston, MA! This team has a demonstrated history of providing exquisite, evidence-based patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to work in this invigorating and collaborative environment. The Ambulatory Cancer Center APP will provide direct patient care. With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider will promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of patient care in the management of their disease and related issues as well as to develop expertise in these fields. Within this role, the advanced practice provider will be responsible for a panel of patients. Other responsibilities include caring for patients throughout their continuum of care and fostering collaboration with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care.
