About The Position

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care at its Ada, Oklahoma, location. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced or motivated provider who enjoys clinical variety, professional autonomy, and a flexible schedule. The provider will evaluate and treat patients with urgent and episodic healthcare needs while working alongside a supportive clinical and operational team.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline
Active Texas professional license or the ability to obtain one
Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
Current Basic Life Support certification
Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred
Motivated candidates with relevant clinical training and experience may also be considered
Ability to work effectively and exercise sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates
DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards
