APP - Cardiology - Saint Joseph
About The Position
We are recruiting a full time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established and busy practice in southwest Michigan. Will consider Physician Assistants (PA) or Nurse Practitioners (NP). Prefer electrophysiology (EP) and/or TAVR experience. Also willing to train new grads who are a good fit for the practice. The team includes five (5) interventional cardiologists, four (7) advanced practice providers (including a TAVR coordinator), one (1) electrophysiologist, and one (3) non-interventional cardiologist. The role includes a mix of outpatient clinic (60%) and inpatient (40%).
Requirements
- Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- New grads who are a good fit for the practice will be considered.
- Epic EHR.
Nice To Haves
- Electrophysiology (EP) and/or TAVR experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with weekend rounds on a rotational basis with other providers from the group.
- EP device management.
- General cardiology.
- Heart failure management.
- Post-hospital and post-procedure follow up appointments.
