About The Position

Chenango Memorial Hospital, part of the United Health Services system, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Walk-In Clinic in Norwich, NY. This is a 0.6 FTE position ideal for an independent, confident provider with a strong background in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine. Requirements

Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in walk-in, urgent care, emergency, or family medicine required
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions.
Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed.
Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EPIC EMR.
